OnePlus has launched the OnePlus N6 in India as its latest budget-focused 5G smartphone. The handset was announced on June 30, 2026, with a large 8,000mAh battery, 120Hz display, and MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex chipset as its key highlights.
The OnePlus N6 comes with a 6.8-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The screen supports 1200 nits high brightness mode, along with eye protection, smart refresh rate switching, and colour temperature adjustment. The phone measures 8.86mm in thickness and weighs 224 grams, which is expected for a device carrying a battery of this size. OnePlus is offering the phone in Fresh Mint and a darker green finish, while the design follows a flat-frame look with a dual-camera-style rear module.
Performance is handled by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex processor. OnePlus is positioning the chipset for everyday multitasking and entry-level gaming, with claimed improvements in gaming and GPU performance. The phone comes in 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants, both paired with 128GB storage. It also supports RAM expansion up to 12GB and includes a large cooling system for better sustained performance.
For cameras, the OnePlus N6 features a 50MP main rear camera with autofocus, PDAF, and up to 10x digital zoom. The camera supports modes such as Night, Portrait, Pro, Hi-Res, Time-Lapse, Slow-Motion, Dual-View Video, and Text Scanner. On the front, the phone gets an 8MP selfie camera with 1080p video recording support.
The biggest highlight of the OnePlus N6 is its 8,000mAh battery. The phone supports 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging, 5W wired reverse charging, and bypass charging. OnePlus claims the device can deliver long backup for gaming, video playback, calls, and standby, making battery life the strongest selling point of the phone.
The OnePlus N6 runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. It also gets MIL-STD-810H durability certification, IP65 dust and water resistance, and 400 percent Ultra Volume support. The retail box includes the phone, charger, USB data cable, SIM ejector tool, protective case, and quick guide.
The OnePlus N6 is priced at ₹22,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant and ₹24,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant. The phone will go on sale from July 4 via Amazon, OnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store app, OnePlus Experience Stores, and authorised retail outlets.
