Redmi A7 Pro 5G India Launch April 13, Sale Begins April 15

Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi A7 Pro 5G will launch in India on April 13, 2026, with sales scheduled to begin from April 15. The device is positioned as a budget 5G offering, with its biggest highlight being a 6300mAh battery — one of the largest in its segment. However, charging support is capped at 15W, which may result in longer charging times compared to competing devices. On the front, the smartphone features a 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. While the high refresh rate is notable at this price point, the HD+ resolution limits overall sharpness. Powering the device is the Unisoc T8300 chipset built on a 6nm process, paired with a Mali-G57 GPU. The hardware is aimed at handling everyday tasks and light gaming rather than high-performance workloads.
