Vivo has officially introduced the Vivo X300 FE, expanding its X-series lineup with a compact flagship smartphone focused heavily on imaging, battery endurance, and premium hardware. The device was launched on May 6, 2026, ahead of its first sale scheduled for May 14, 2026.

The Vivo X300 FE arrives with a 6.31-inch AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 5000 nits local peak brightness, and a compact flat-frame design that keeps the device lightweight at 191 grams. Vivo is positioning the smartphone as a camera-centric flagship that balances portability with high-end performance.

At the core of the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset built on a 3nm process. The phone is paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, with configurations going up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Vivo claims the X300 FE is optimized for long-term smoothness with OriginOS 6 running on Android 16.

Photography remains the headline feature. The X300 FE includes a 50MP ZEISS telephoto camera using Sony’s IMX882 sensor with OIS support, alongside a 50MP main camera powered by the Sony IMX921 sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, the device features a 50MP selfie camera. Vivo is also bundling support for the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 accessory, targeting users interested in advanced zoom photography and creator-focused imaging tools.

Battery capacity stands at 6500mAh, while charging support includes 90W FlashCharge technology. Vivo is clearly prioritizing battery longevity and sustained daily performance instead of pursuing ultra-thin hardware compromises.

The smartphone also includes IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC support, dual-SIM 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 7 compatibility, and an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

Vivo says the X300 FE will be available in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black color variants. Pricing details are expected to be revealed closer to the official sale date through Vivo India’s official website and retail partners.
